By purchasing and using the GBP Launch service, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Overview

1.1 GBP Launch is a monthly recurring service designed to optimize and manage your Google Business Profile (GBP) in compliance with Google’s terms and conditions.

1.2 Our goal is to improve your visibility in the Google Maps 3-Pack and help generate local leads for your business.

1.3 The service includes, but is not limited to:

Google Business Profile content posting

Review growth and monitoring

Keyword and category optimization

Ongoing profile enhancements and updates

Monthly ranking visibility tracking

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Monthly Billing: You will be billed once per month on the same day of the month you initially signed up.

2.2 Pricing Stability: The monthly cost will remain the same as at sign-up unless you joined during a limited-time promotional offer.

2.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing in the future. Clients will receive at least 60 days’ written notice before any changes take effect.

2.4 No Refunds: Once a monthly subscription payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for that month’s service.

2.5 Chargebacks: We will dispute and appeal any credit card chargebacks. You acknowledge that you may not request a chargeback for services rendered after a monthly subscription payment has been made.

3. Access Requirements

3.1 You agree to provide Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile.

3.2 Failure to provide this access will prevent us from performing the service and may result in a delay in deliverables.

3.3 Service fees will not be refunded for delays caused by your failure to grant or maintain access.

4. Term & Cancellation

4.1 This is a month-to-month agreement — no long-term contracts.

4.2 A 30-day written notice of cancellation is required to terminate your service.

4.3 All cancellation notices must be sent to support@whiteoakdigital.com.

5. Compliance with Google’s Terms

5.1 GBP Launch will only perform actions on your profile that comply with Google’s terms and conditions.

5.2 We will not post, optimize, or otherwise manage your profile in any way that violates Google’s policies.

5.3 Limitation of Liability: White Oak Digital, LLC and GBP Launch are not liable for any suspensions or penalties applied to your Google Business Profile for any reason.

5.4 By signing this agreement, you waive any right to take legal action or seek reimbursement from White Oak Digital, LLC if your GBP is suspended or removed.

6. Content Usage

6.1 You acknowledge that any media assets you upload or provide (including images, videos, and logos) may be used by us to generate images, posts, and updates for your Google Business Profile.

6.2 You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content (including text and images) is part of the service. This may include AI-created graphics, written posts, and other creative assets.

6.3 If you provide sufficient media assets, we will use them as much as possible. If you do not upload your own content, we will rely more heavily on AI-generated assets.

6.4 You retain full ownership and usage rights to any assets generated for your account — whether created by our team, AI tools, or using your provided media.

7. No Guarantee of Results

7.1 We do not and cannot guarantee any specific rankings, views, traffic, or leads from the GBP Launch service.

7.2 While we will apply best practices and use our professional expertise to maximize results, performance outcomes are influenced by many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: competition, search algorithms, customer reviews, and your business operations.

7.3 Unmet expectations or dissatisfaction with results do not constitute grounds for a refund under any circumstances.

7.4 This is a best-effort service delivered in good faith, but without any promise or warranty of specific performance.

8. Affiliate Program

8.1 We offer an affiliate program for referring new clients to GBP Launch.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 In no event shall White Oak Digital, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the service.

9.2 Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed the total amount you paid for the service in the three months prior to the claim.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1 Information Collection: We collect information necessary to perform the GBP Launch service, including business contact details, GBP access credentials, and performance analytics.

10.2 Use of Information: Your information is used solely to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and maintain compliance with applicable laws.

10.3 Data Security: We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

10.4 Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted vendors or partners solely for the purpose of service fulfillment.

10.5 Data Retention: We will retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

10.6 Your Rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@whiteoakdigital.com.

11. Governing Law

11.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the GBP Launch service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
